Associates are seen living out Kewaunee’s Core Values on a daily basis. To recognize their hard work and dedication to these core values, Kewaunee developed a new opportunity for these actions to be highlighted and rewarded.
This summer, Kewaunee introduced Compass Club. This peer-to-peer recognition program provides a new way for Associates to celebrate one another.
Nominations are collected on a monthly basis and three Associates with the top nominations will be awarded and recognized each month.

TODD HOUSTON
Todd was nominated in the areas of excellence in safety and quality, customer focus, innovative thinking, and Associate investment. Todd is a maintenance senior tech and joined Kewaunee in January 2020.

Todd perfectly exemplifies our Kewaunee values and goes above and beyond every day to keep our facility, machines, and overall operations running smoothly, and he manages to do it all with a positive and uplifting attitude.
Todd has been a key team member in safely and efficiently building entire office spaces. He was also instrumental in the efficient cleanup from sprinkler damaged in Kewaunee’s training room.
Associate Investment is the area where Todd especially shines. He is always there to lend a hand to his fellow Associates, and he does so with kindness and a welcoming spirit.
