Today, we’re shining a spotlight on the Science Research Building at the University of North Texas (UNT), where cutting-edge research meets exceptional design.

Project Overview

The Hallmark team recently completed a major renovation project for the UNT, delivering a state-of-the-art upgrade to the 2nd floor of the Science Research Building. This amazing space, finished in September 2024, is designed to provide an optimal environment for scientific research and innovation.

This successful renovation marks another milestone in Hallmark’s long-standing partnership with UNT, which spans over a decade and encompasses more than 25 projects.
