Thomas D. Hull III

President, Chief Executive Officer

Thomas D. Hull III has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kewaunee since March 2019, providing strategic leadership to advance the company’s global growth and innovation. He joined Kewaunee in 2015 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, also serving as Secretary and Treasurer of the corporation. Prior to Kewaunee, he held senior leadership roles at ATI Specialty Materials in Charlotte, North Carolina, and spent more than a decade with Ernst & Young in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Donald T. Gardner III

Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Donald T. Gardner III has served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Kewaunee since April 2019, when he was also elected Secretary and Treasurer of the corporation. Prior to joining Kewaunee, he was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Victra, a Lone Star Funds portfolio company in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Chief Financial Officer of Component Sourcing International, a portfolio company of Argosy Private Equity in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Douglas J. Batdorff

Vice President, Manufacturing Operations

Douglas J. Batdorff has served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Kewaunee since June 2020, leading initiatives to strengthen business performance, maximize growth, and improve profitability. He brings extensive manufacturing leadership experience from seven years with General Motors, thirteen years with Steelcase, and one year with Legacy Cabinets. Douglas holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University.

Ryan S. Noble

Vice President, Sales and Marketing - Americas

Ryan S. Noble has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing – Americas at Kewaunee since July 2018, overseeing sales strategy and market development across the region. He brings extensive experience in sales leadership from previous roles with James Hardie Building Products in Mission Viejo, California; AGC Glass Company in Atlanta, Georgia; and Wausau Window and Wall Systems in Wausau, Wisconsin, as well as serving as Director of Sales for Dodge Data and Analytics in New York, New York.

Elizabeth D. Phillips

Vice President, Human Resources

Elizabeth D. Phillips has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Kewaunee since June 2009, guiding the company’s human resources strategy and associate development. She began her career with Kewaunee in 2006 as Human Resources and Training Manager and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2007 before being named Vice President. Prior to joining Kewaunee, she held human resources leadership roles at Thomasville Furniture, Hickory Chair, and Vanguard Furniture Co., Inc. Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Management from Western Carolina University and maintains professional certifications as SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Mandar M. Ranade

Vice President IT & Engineering

Mandar M. Ranade has served as Vice President of Information Technology since December 2019, leading Kewaunee’s global technology strategy and modernization initiatives. He brings extensive experience in IT leadership within the laboratory furniture and infrastructure industry, as well as other organizations undergoing large-scale technology transformation. Prior to joining Kewaunee, Mandar held senior IT leadership positions with TCS–GE Healthcare, Thermo Fisher–Hamilton Laboratory Furniture, IMS Health, AdvocateAurora Healthcare, and Fairbanks Morse, a division of Enpro Industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymers from the University of Pune in India, along with certifications as a Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL (Foundation), and Master of Oracle Applications.

B. Sathyamurthy

Vice President, Kewaunee Scientific Corporation Singapore Pte. Ltd., Managing Director of International Operations

B. Sathyamurthy has served as Vice President of Kewaunee Scientific Corporation Singapore Pte. Ltd. since September 2014, overseeing the company’s subsidiaries in India, Singapore, and China. He has also served as Managing Director of International Operations since 2013, with responsibility for all sales and operations in Asia and sales efforts in the Middle East. He joined Kewaunee in 2000 as General Manager of India Operations and Kewaunee Labway India Pvt. Ltd., later being promoted to Managing Director of Kewaunee Labway India Pvt. Ltd. and Kewaunee Scientific Corporation India Pvt. Ltd.
